Update format from advice from comms team to have neater figures

4-by-1 vertical alignment default
remove border
remove base period
remove issue date
remove dataset
change "GWL3.0" to "+ 3.0C warming" (see e.g. below)
i wonder if we can also make the text on the colour bars horizontal so it's easier to read
whole numbers on scales and remove unnecessary placeholder 0s (e.g. "10.0, 20.0")
