BioCollect-SHaRED submission workflow 6 - Associate supplementary materials

• Add a selector to choose opaque datasets (ie. attached to the project as resources) to append to the submission. Users should be able to select multiple artifacts from the list available as project resources.
• Selected items should display in a row below the selector.
• User should be able to delete associated artifacts any time prior to submission.
• Associated artifacts should be bundled into the payload sent to SHaRED

Will probably also need to do some work to auto-select or pre-populate other values on this page based on the types of artifacts selected for association
