Sequential links could say the title of the file instead of "next" and "previous" #20

There should also be a way to get back to the index file

I've added a "home" link above the "back" link for sequential links. Whether or not the links have the title of the next or last piece could be a CLI option.

Maybe it should say "Next: {TItle}" and "Previous: {Title}" and not be an option
