Calculated the 25 and 75 quantiles within get_profile function. Kept the mutate function here. plot_profile() also uses the get_profile() function and should remain unaffected by the changes. Also added in S.msy to the get_profile() function so rug_data can call the exact S.msy() instead of approximation.\nplot_horse_red / plot_horse_full - Unsure where the error in brood year labels is? Inserted inherit.aes = FALSE to remove the warnings of aesthetics being dropped.\nplot_Swgoals - Modified to be used for a single run.
